Additionally, it is imperative that you possess the lawful authority to vend these items and have them ready for purchase. Kindly refrain from enlisting items that are not in your possession or that you do not intend to vend. Here is a partial compilation of items that are not allowed:
• Any form of intoxicants, including alcoholic beverages and drugs
• Tobacco products, encompassing but not restricted to cigarettes, hookahs, and related accessories.
• Electronic cigarettes and associated accessories.
• Services and content of an adult or dating nature.
• Materials containing explicit content, nudity, or obscenity, as well as items catering to adult themes.
• Listings containing offensive language or imagery.
• Prescription medications and medical devices
• Supplements with deceptive claims about their curative effects
• Referral advertisements
• Schemes promoting effortless financial gain, such as pyramid or ‘get rich quick’ initiatives.
• Illegally obtained, counterfeit, and pirated goods (e.g., duplicated movies and software)
• Non-genuine items falsely labeled as authentic.
• References to other classifieds and online shopping platforms in listing titles, descriptions, or images
• Currency-related listings

Kindly note that the guidelines mentioned above could undergo revisions, making it crucial to remain informed about any alterations to the listing policies.
Moreover, refrain from creating duplicate listings within the same category or across different categories. Items can be re-listed, at the earliest, every 5 days after removing the initial listing. Repetitively posting the same item before this period might lead to the categorization of your listing as spam and subsequent disapproval. We hold the prerogative to abstain from approving listings from such users, deactivate all previously approved listings, suspend accounts, or implement limitations on the quantity of listings permissible.
The submission of identical listings using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Your username should not contain vulgar, abusive or offensive words. Username cannot contain obscenity, profanity, another party’s brand/trademark or the word “listing”.
Once an account is registered, it cannot be erased. However, it can be deactivated upon request from the customer. Only a single account per mobile number is permissible. If you alter your registered mobile number, it’s essential to update it in your Listing.mv user account. Failing to do so gives us the authority to either deactivate the account or edit the mobile number field in your Listing account. Neglecting this update could potentially grant the new holder of your old number access to your Listing account.

Accounts should solely be registered for personal or business use. The user is accountable for all activities and transactions associated with the account. If an account remains inactive (no logins) for over five years, we hold the right to terminate it. In such a case, your account may be erased, and your username might become available for use by other users.
Listing items under an established brand or trade name is not permissible unless you are the rightful owner of said brand or trade name. In instances of such violations, we will transfer account ownership to the lawful owner upon the presentation of ownership proof.
The account you generate on Listing.mv can be employed to access other sites managed by Listing.mv. Buyers and sellers are welcome to use the site for the purpose of buying and selling. Buyers must communicate with sellers to confirm and agree upon all trading conditions, encompassing delivery and payment options. We disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from transactions linked to listings on this site.
We retain the prerogative to decline any listings we find unsuitable for publication on this platform. If a listing is deemed implausible, we reserve the right to reject it.

Listings should not feature misleading images and descriptions. If considered misleading, we may make edits. We also possess the authority to modify or remove images that we deem inappropriate or indecent, including reordering the sequence to prevent their display as the primary image, especially on the homepage.
Relevant YouTube videos can be incorporated by inputting the video ID during the listing process. However, YouTube embed codes should not be placed within the description.
We assume no responsibility for any form of indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. This includes losses connected to the sale or purchase of goods/services listed on this site. You agree to indemnify us against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from any violation of these Terms of Service on your part. We retain the right to immediately terminate your website usage if we conclude that you have breached these Terms of Service.
We treat the sale of stolen goods on Listing.mv with utmost seriousness. We will fully cooperate with investigating authorities in such cases, providing any available information about the seller (email, phone number, IP address, etc.).
Users are prohibited from placing orders, providing feedback, or rating products listed under their accounts through accounts owned by them or related users with the intent of inflating feedback scores and ratings. Any such actions will lead to an immediate suspension of the accounts.
Refunds & Returns
Regarding Listing.mv’s services such as featured listings, highlights, priority listings, and Attention Getters, refunds or returns are not applicable, except in cases where the service has not been delivered to the customer.
When considering products offered by various sellers on Listing.mv, it is advisable to establish mutual agreement with the seller regarding the Refunds & Returns Policy before finalizing your purchase decision and proceeding with payment.
